Why these are favourite cups?
| My favourite cup is also my work cup. I only wash it once a year. This is my method of stopping people from stealing it... unfortunately they try to steal it now to wash it :) | |
| Because
it's big and it holds the maximum amount of tea (laugh) and it
was my first mother's day present from my son. |
|
| Why do I love this cup? Well, partly because it is a great shape - big, round, and fits perfectly in my hand - but mainly because it doesn't belong to me but to a very dear friend. Some of my favourite times with her have been hanging out at her place, just drinking tea (she always gives me this mug) and chatting. Relaxed, no pressure, just allowed to be who I am, comfortable in our friendship. Bliss!! | |
| I'm not a big coffee or tea drinker. I'm more likely to use a water bottle. This is the coolest one I own. I got it at a women's mountain bike race. | |
| I love it as the pictures remind me of a medieval scene with a bunch of princesses or noble ladies sitting together and chatting. I also love the red colours although they have faded from the dishwasher. I have it at work now so it can't go in the dishwasher! On the base of the mug it says the picture is "Pre Raphaelies" taken from 19th century paintings. It was given to me by a good friend of my mothers. | |
| I feel really attached to it. It's probably the first cup I'd bought. It holds memories of Japan for me. | |
| I have lots of different cups but I the one I like most is one my father gave me of "Naughty Numbats". It is slightly damaged ... (laugh) I think that's why he got it so cheap. | |
| It was a wedding present. It's actually one of a pair but the two cups are very different. I usually use it for herbal tea. | |
| It's my favourite cup because it's really old and really beautiful. It's refined and delicate. I don't use it all the time. When I want to have a cup of tea this is what I use and it makes me feel calm and relaxed. | |
| Dad bought it for me. Every cup of tea that I have in this cup tastes better than any tea in any other cup. And you don't dribble down the cup because it is fine porcelain. I have a problem with thick rimmed mugs (laugh). | |
| Oh I don't really have a favourite cup because we keep breaking them all the time at my house (laugh). | |
| Because it comes with it's own individual teapot. It's nice and big that you can have both hands around it. I normally use it for herbal teas. | |
| It's the cup I use everyday at work. I got it as a gift from a friend who I had lent some maternity clothes to. It's a good size for me and I love the colour. | |
| The pastel pottery one is (almost) my favourite - Mum gave it to me and I love the colours...however, it's a bit small! The tiger one has a matching coaster and was also given to me - it's bright and cheery and good for when I NEED a big cup of coffee (or chocolate). The Tim Tam one really is my favourite because it's exactly the right size and I'm a chocoholic with a very soft spot for Tim Tams. | |
| I choose this cup because it reminds me of my 2nd passion – Sumo! | |

| If you had a blue and white wisteria cup that would be me. |
